Introduction

TheFuck command/program is a command that corrects commands that you typed incorrectly, for example: Assuming you wrote aptget install vim, and then you type fuck, it automatically corrects your command by typing it correctly, according to the examples shown in the gif below :

How to INSTALL this?

Try searching with your distro’s package manager, for example in Gentoo I searched and there is in Portage, then to install just run:

sudo emerge thefuck

Use your distro’s search tool!

But if not, install via TheFuck’s GitHub.

Running the fuck!

Well, to use you have already seen that it is very simple, but if you have any questions or want to check options and/or customizations, use the help of the program for more information: fuck --help.

In my case I tried to open a file with Nano, but then a message was generated and I used fuck and he corrected it automatically! 😜

nano file.txt
Noob text editor detected. Command cannot be executed
fuck
vim file.txt

And then he corrected it in the best possible way !!!
